Natalie Howard is Head of Real Estate Debt at Schroders – a world class asset manager operating across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Africa with €737.5B GBP in AUM (as of 2022).

Based in London, Natalie is responsible for building and managing a full service, real estate debt platform offering clients the complete range of risk and return investing throughout the real estate debt spectrum. The platform includes loan origination, underwriting and asset management across the UK and Continental Europe, covering all types of senior lending as well as high yield and mezzanine capabilities.

Natalie has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate debt strategies in UK and European markets, spanning debt capital markets, balance sheet lending and fund management gained via senior roles at organizations including DRC Capital, AgFe, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley.
