This information will only be shared with prospective employers after they have expressed clear interest and upon obtaining your explicit consent. This approach ensures that your details are disclosed only with your approval.

What types of firms have access to TalentPool?

TalentPool is accessible to a diverse range of organizations within the private capital investment space,  including but not limited to private equity, credit and venture capital funds, real estate and infrastructure investment groups, corporations and startups operating across various sectors and geographies. This broad access enhances the likelihood of connecting with potential employers that align with your professional aspirations.

What is the typical process and timeline after submitting my profile?

After submitting your profile, it remains active in TalentPool for an initial period of six months. During this time, PRG members actively review profiles for senior and executive roles. Our team also endeavors to match candidates with suitable opportunities by directly engaging with hiring managers in relevant organizations. When a prospective employer expresses interest in your profile, PRG will contact you to discuss the opportunity. While PRG strives to facilitate these connections, inclusion in TalentPool does not guarantee placement or employment.

Can I update or remove my profile after submission?

Yes, candidates have full control over their profiles. You may update, modify, or request the removal of your profile from TalentPool at any time by directly contacting PRG. Keeping your profile current ensures accurate representation to potential employers and maximizes your visibility for suitable opportunities.
