Who can access my profile, and how is my information protected?

Your profile is accessible only to PRG members through a secure, login-protected platform. Primary contact information and organization names remain confidential unless you choose to disclose them, as indicated on the Investor Form during profile submission. This ensures control over the visibility of your sensitive information.

What types of investment groups are part of the network?

InvestorBase is a diverse network of allocators to major private capital asset classes. This includes institutional funds, family offices, endowments, fund of funds, private equity, venture capital, corporate venture capital (CVC), real estate funds, private credit providers and select commercial lenders.

How does the matching process work, and what criteria are used?

Once your profile and investment criteria are reviewed and approved, they are added to InvestorBase. If you choose to disclose your organization name and contact information, sponsors can contact you directly. If you opt for confidentiality, the PRG team facilitates communication by sharing opportunities aligned with your criteria suggested by the platform, ensuring tailored deal flow without compromising your privacy.

What sectors, geographies, or deal sizes are represented in InvestorBase?

InvestorBase encompasses a wide array of sectors and industries, with a particular focus on mid market private equity, VC, infrastructure, and commercial real estate investments. While submissions are evaluated on a deal-by-deal basis, the majority of offerings are concentrated in North America and Europe, aligning with the primary focus of PRG members.
