Guidelines for Submitting Deals

Who Can Submit Deals?

Deals must be submitted directly by sponsors, i.e. private equity/debt funds, asset managers, project owners, founders, corporate entities, stratups.

What Type of Deals Are Accepted?

While all sectors are considered, opportunities should fall within the broader private capital investment space. Eligible deal types include equity, debt, growth capital, bridge, mezzanine, venture capital, featuring a ticket size suitable for sophisticated institutional and private investors and private debt funds.

What Kind of Information Is Collected?

We require key details essential for investor evaluation, including sector, location, ticket size, and anticipated returns. A detailed summary or investment memo can be attached to the submission form. Please ensure the information is comprehensive and accurate to facilitate an informed review process.

Who Has Access to the Offering?

Offerings are accessible to PRG members via DealRoom, including private and institutional investors, family offices, and commercial lenders focused on private equity, venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure. Deals may also be shared with PRG’s broader investor networks on a no-name basis or through targeted Deal Alert notifications, based on preferences selected in the submission form. Sponsors can expect direct engagement from interested investors or via PRG as an intermediary if confidentiality is requested.

What Happens After Submission?

Each submission undergoes a review to assess its suitability for PRG’s investor community, with feedback typically provided within 48 hours. We reserve the right not to list offerings lacking sufficient substance, but constructive feedback and recommendations will be provided for potential resubmission or improvement.
