Mr. Rentiers joined the firm in 2006 and is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, negotiating and monitoring of primary and secondary private equity investments on a global basis with a European focus. Mr. Rentiers also sits on several private equity fund advisory boards. Prior to joining PineBridge Investments, Mr. Rentiers worked as an Investment Manager at Allianz Private Equity Partners, Inc., where he co-managed and liquidated $1 billion of fund commitments in the US on behalf of Dresdner Bank AG and other third-party clients. Mr. Rentiers started his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, where he was an Analyst then an Associate for the private placement and fund-of-funds teams. Mr. Rentiers received a Master’s degree, Business and Management, with a minor in Finance from ICHEC Brussels Business School. In addition to English, Mr. Rentiers speaks French, Spanish and Dutch.
