Jonathan Pearce is responsible for leasing across Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Office and Industrial platforms in North America. He is also Co-Head of Development for Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Office & Industrial asset classes. His responsibilities include leasing for all owned (managed and non-managed) office and industrial properties and developments in Canada and the Continental US, currently comprising more than 120 million square feet in multiple markets, which include: Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Chicago, New York, Boston, Atlanta, Charlotte, Mexico City, Houston, Dallas, Tampa, Jacksonville, Nashville, Salt Lake City, Denver, and Greater Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Ivanhoé Cambridge currently has five office developments under construction or pre-development in the Americas in the following markets: Toronto, Dallas, Denver, Houston and Mexico City, and a variety of industrial projects under development across the United States.

Jonathan has more than 25 years of experience in office & industrial leasing and the sale of corporate investment assets in multiple markets.

Mr. Pearce holds a BSc. (Hons) in Urban Land Economics and is a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
