Jon Love is the founder and Executive Chair at KingSett Capital, Canada’s leading private equity real estate investment business co-investing with institutional and ultra-high net worth clients seeking to provide premium risk weighted returns through its various fund strategies. 

Founded in 2002, KingSett has raised $12 billion of equity for its Growth, Income, Urban, Mortgage and Affordable Housing strategies. KingSett owns interests in an $18.4 billion portfolio of assets.

Prior to leading KingSett as CEO until 2023, Jon was formerly President and CEO of Oxford Properties Group. Jon serves on the Board of Directors of the Chief Executives Organization, is a member of the Business Council of Canada and YPO and is a member of the Order of Canada.

Jon graduated with an Honours degree in Business Administration from Western University’s Ivey Business School, where he is an Emeritus Advisory Board member and in 2016 was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Western University.
