Wolfgang Speckhahn is the Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Executive Board at Helvetica Property Group AG, the holding company of Helvetica Property Gruppe. In the Swiss real estate market, the group is operating through Zurich-based Helvetica Property Investors. Wolfgang Speckhahn is responsible for the Group’s activities and development in Switzerland as well as expanding its business activities. He has more than 25 years of experience in national and international real estate markets. He acquired extensive expertise in institutional real estate investment and management in senior roles with PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, Zurich Financial Services, SEB Asset Management AG, among others. Wolfgang Speckhahn is a lawyer, tax and real estate expert. In Switzerland he was accepted as a professional Member by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
