Susan Conrad is the Director of Real Estate for the Public School and Education Employee Retirement Systems. She is primarily responsible for the management of the real estate asset class, as well as performance measurement and custody. Ms. Conrad joined PSRS/PEERS in April 1997. Prior to joining the Retirement Systems, Ms. Conrad was employed as an investment analyst at the Office of the Missouri State Treasurer.

Ms. Conrad received a BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri – Columbia. In addition, Ms. Conrad is also a Certified Cash Manager (CCM).
