Laetitia is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Epic Investment Services. In her dual role, Laetitia is responsible for the execution of business strategy across North America as well as accounting, client reporting, income tax, insurance, human resources and IT.

A collaborator for change, she is a focused, client-centric executive with an exceptional record for driving growth. Laetitia has brought clarity to complex business challenges throughout a career in commercial real estate that spans property accounting and financial reporting, asset management, acquisitions and investor relations, and fund management.

She began her career as an Internal Auditor of an Australian Public Company before moving into public accounting at an international accounting firm, KPMG. After moving to Toronto, Laetitia joined Caber Capital Inc., a trader of commercial real estate focusing on value-add projects.

She became a founding member and President of Strathallen Capital Corporation where under her leadership, it closed its largest transaction in 2017 with the privatization of One REIT, acquiring 44 assets with a value of $703 million.

In 2018, Laetitia was brought aboard as Executive Vice-President of Business Development at MDC Group where she led growth initiatives across their North American platform, overseeing 12 million square feet of cross-border commercial real estate and spearheading MDC’s second U.S. Multi-Family Fund.

Laetitia earned a Bachelor of Business degree from Southern Cross University in Lismore, Australia and the designation of Chartered Accountant. She works out of Epic’s Canadian head office in Toronto.
