In his role, Thomas is responsible for increasing the company’s exposure to the logistics asset class by sourcing and selecting investment and development opportunities globally.

Thomas joined AXA IM Real Assets in 2018 from Prologis, the logistics real estate specialist, where he was Managing Director and Region Head for Northern Europe from 2012–2018. Thomas held overall responsibility for the operations in Germany, Austria, Benelux and Scandinavia.

Prior to his role at Prologis, Thomas served as SVP European Operations at Gazeley Properties Ltd from 2006 – 2012 and was a member of the management team of EZW Gazeley Europe Ltd. Thomas oversaw all operations for continental Europe including the selection and acquisition of strategic land bank, definition and implementation of business strategy and reporting to shareholders.

Previous roles include Deputy Managing Director for Germany and Central Europe at GSE and Commercial Director for Industrial & Logistics at Bouygues.

Thomas has over 27 years’ experience in the logistics investment and development sector, working for several organisations across different geographies. He is well-versed on all aspects of logistics investment strategy including strategy development, pricing management and negotiation, marketing, and sales management.

Thomas graduated from EM Lyon Business School and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School in Boston.
