Stephen Doyle owns and manages his own $250 Million portfolio of retail and commercial real estate investments in Canada, Europe and the United States Worldwide Properties Inc. He has successfully completed over $2 Billion in real estate transactions, equating to over 25 Million square feet of commercial real estate. Stephen is currently developing a 6.5 Million square foot new mixed–use enclosed development creating the world’s largest “climatic envelope” in Canada with a budget of $5 Billion. Mr. Doyle has studied at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School & Notre Dame University and has enjoyed an illustrious career in real estate having been Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield.
