Philip Ristevski is an agile and innovative real estate development leader with over 18 years of experience spearheading complex, full cycle projects across asset classes including residential, industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use. Philip was the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Development for Canada at Manulife Investment Management, where he developed and spearheaded the firm’s national development platform with over $4 billion in the pipeline. Prior to that, he was at Cadillac Fairview from where Philip led over $1.5 billion in developments including notable projects such as 16 York Street, and CF Shops at Don Mills. Philip demonstrates strengths in strategic planning, joint venture partnerships, government approvals, and stakeholder engagement. He holds an MBA with a real estate specialization from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Ryerson University. Philip has also completed the ULI Curtner Urban Leadership Program focused on urban planning and community building.
