Joshua Kaufman joined Starlight in 2019 and is responsible for the overall strategy, management and execution of Starlight’s development projects across Canada. Prior to joining Starlight Investments, he held executive management positions at Fusion Homes, Dream Unlimited and SmartCentres. With over 20 years of real estate development experience, Joshua has been involved in some of the country’s most ambitious development projects including several master planned mixed-use communities, retail shopping centres, commercial and residential subdivisions and condominiums.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Western Ontario and a Masters of City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.

Joshua is a member of Starlight’s ESG Committee.
