Joerg Kreindl is Executive Director and Head of Industrial & Logistics Occupier for the EMEA region at CBRE, delivering innovative solutions for occupiers in the industrial and logistics space.

Between 2014 and 2020, Mr. Kreindl was the Head of Industrial and Logistics for Central and South East Europe, providing advisory and transaction services to occupiers, investors/developers. In his role, he spearheaded the expansion of services for large industrial customers throughout the region.

From 2011, Mr. Kreindl spearheaded CBRE’s services for commercial tenants in the Warsaw office for three years where he coordinated activities with various CBRE teams. Prior to that, Mr. Kreindl built up CBRE’s office and business in Slovakia for six years, and was earlier briefly positioned with the Global Corporate Services in Vienna.

Mr. Kreindl holds a degree in law from the University of Vienna.
