Capitalizing on Change: Strategies for Sustained Growth in Private Equity

Private equity continues to face a complex environment: while long-term fundamentals and record dry powder remain intact, recent years have seen slower dealmaking, muted exits, and tougher fundraising conditions. Heightened competition and shifting investor expectations are pushing managers to adapt — balancing disciplined risk management with new approaches to value creation. This keynote panel brings together executives from leading private equity groups to discuss how investors are navigating today’s challenges. The conversation will focus on buyout, growth and other strategies within the broader mid-market space, focusing on long-term value drivers for funds and portfolio companies across sectors and verticals. The panel will examine the liquidity crunch and its effects on exit backlogs, valuations, and the imperative to rethink value creation while prioritizing capital returns to LPs. Speakers will also share insights on strategic leverage, capital markets, and secondaries, as well as approaches to sourcing high-impact deals and enhancing overall fund performance.
