Stefan is Executive Managing Director, Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Market Leader for Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of Cushman & Wakefield’s service lines and related support operations — including office, industrial, retail, investment sales brokerage; asset and workplace strategies – across all corporate offices in the GTA.

As a recognized industry leader, Stefan is an active speaker at many industry events, including Canada’s foremost commercial real estate conference, the Toronto Real Estate Forum, where he has moderated several panels on topics such as Office Leasing Markets Across Canada, Millennials in the Workplace, and Coworking. He’s also moderated important panel discussions to over 300 industry professionals on Empowering Women & Breaking Barriers in CRE, Sexual Orientation & Identify Diversity, and Racial & Ethnic Diversity, at REALPAC’s conference on Diversity & Inclusion. In addition, Stefan has lectured to university students of the Ryerson Real Estate program, providing his professional insights and perspectives on the future of CRE.

With nearly 15 years of brokerage experience, Stefan began his career at the firm as an office leasing broker where he consistently performed as a top producer year-over-year. While in that role, Stefan represented a wide variety of high-profile clients, where he provided brokerage, advisory, and portfolio strategies services to several large-scale corporate clients and local occupiers in head office lease renewals, relocations, dispositions and building sales.
