John Gladstone MRICS is the Lead Director, EMEA Healthcare Capital Markets at JLL based in London (also regularly in another European capital city).

Since 2018, John has been leading JLL’s European Healthcare Capital markets team and strategy with responsibilities for acquisitions, sales, portfolios, joint ventures and partnerships involving various healthcare assets such as retirement homes, elderly care facilities, medical offices and hospitals.

Between 2007-2017 John lead JLL’s pan EMEA Corporate Finance activities.

John advised clients on major transactions in the UK, Germany, The Nordics, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Austria.

John is Member Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He holds a degree in Economics, Macroeconomics and Economic History from the University of Glasgow.
