With over two decades of leadership experience in strategic insights, risk management, and corporate strategy, Inge van den Berg has a proven track record of driving growth and managing complex, high-impact projects. Currently, Inge serves as Vice President, Strategic Insights & Risk at Cadillac Fairview, a position she has held since July 2014. In this role, she leads initiatives to uncover and evaluate opportunities for growth and value, while managing risks for the business.
Prior to Cadillac Fairview, Inge held various senior roles at Loblaw Companies Limited, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Ethnic Merchandising, and Corporate Affairs & Investor Relations. In these roles, she was instrumental in developing strategic initiatives, growing new business units, and strengthening corporate reputation with external stakeholders.
Earlier in her career, Inge was a Principal in the Consumer Industries and Retail Practice at A.T. Kearney, where she managed teams and projects for nearly eight years. She also gained valuable experience as a Team Leader at Canadian Tire and as a Consultant at Accenture.
Inge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
